The presenter, Howard Wang, had over seven years of experience in managing real assets. His portfolio consists of 592 apartment units in Houston, TX and Atlanta, GA, and over 75,000 square feet of Class A shopping center in Houston, TX. The overall portfolio value exceeds $75MM.
He has performed valuation consulting for major private equity groups (Blackstone and Brookfield) for their transactions across Texas, Colorado, Arizona, and Utah. He received an MBA from Jones Graduate School of Business at Rice University in Houston, TX, and a B.E. in Civil Engineering at the University of McGill in Montreal, Canada. He is also a Level III candidate of the Chartered Financial Analyst.
